Key Responsibilities
- Total Construction Oversight: Ensure the project aligns with design, budget, and schedule. Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, end users, security, and other stakeholders.
- Project Establishment: Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries. Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
- Construction Monitoring and Control: Oversee the construction process by administratively directing on-site Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget. Investigate potential issues and implement corrective measures. Approve purchase requisitions, change requests, and more.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards. Interpret policies as needed.
- Documentation Management: Maintain official project logs and documentation files. Assist in implementing and interpreting safety programs. Provide guidance to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
- Financial Management: Manage contract finances, including fee payments, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to safeguard the company’s interests while nurturing positive client relationships.
